The main lodge at Molori Safari features four elegant dining areas, a library, a spacious living room, and a stylish bar. The living and bar areas open onto an expansive deck with a hot spa bath and twin infinity pools. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors throughout the lodge invite the sounds and scents of the African bush to drift through, creating a seamless connection with nature.
From every angle, guests are treated to breathtaking views across the valley and distant mountain range. Several relaxation and dining areas overlook the lodge’s waterhole, where a luxury hide with an adjoining gin and whiskey bar offers the perfect vantage point for wildlife watching. The lodge also includes a spa, a stargazing observatory with a retractable roof, and numerous viewing decks to take in the spectacular scenery.
At Molori Safari, interiors conceived by renowned South African design studio Hesse Kleinloog, reflect a bold yet elegant aesthetic, layering rich textures and vibrant colours. The lodge’s flamboyant style is brought to life through the art collection, which features a selection of modern and contemporary South African artists as diverse as the notable sculptor Edoardo Villa, charismatic graphic artist Norman Catherine to the anti-establishment Lady Skollie. The interiors also include a collaboration with globally celebrated local artists whose contemporary artworks have been translated into large, vibrant, one-of-a-kind floor rugs: Athi-Patra Ruga, Cameron Platter, Jody Paulsen, Maja Marx, Nabeeha Mohamed and Koos Groenewald.
